We are one block from Sevier Park and located between the 12 South District and 8th Ave South/Melrose, and only 10 minutes from downtown. The converted, detached loft -- formerly offices for an indie record label -- has been transformed into a sophisticated, well-appointed guesthouse with a full kitchen and every comfort you’ll need for a weekend getaway or a month’s residency.
beautiful sevier park (1 block away) is home to the 12 south farmer’s market on tuesday afternoons from may through october The 20-acre park has a walking path, bicycles for rent, tennis and basketball courts. The Sevier Park Community Center has excellent work out facilities, yoga and fitness classes (only $3!) and an indoor walking track.

12 south loft is well situated at the back of our half-acre lot surrounded by tall trees Off-street parking is at the end of the driveway, only a few steps from the entrance through French doors. The Loft has about 500 square feet of living space on the main floor and a 200 square foot upstairs bedroom.
